To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not accept any responsibility or liability for errors, inaccuracies, or misinterpretations resulting from the use of our AI tools, translations, or processed files.
• We are not liable for any loss, damage, or consequences (direct or indirect) arising from reliance on our services.
• You must keep backups of your original work before using any processed files from Mint Essentials.

3. Indemnification

3.1 User Responsibility for Shared Outputs

You acknowledge and agree that if you share, distribute, or provide any processed files or outputs generated by Mint Essentials to any third party (including clients, employers, or other entities), you assume full responsibility for their use.

3.2 Indemnification Clause

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mint Essentials, its owners, directors, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the services or reliance on any AI-generated output.
• Any third-party claims alleging errors, inaccuracies, or legal consequences due to processed files you shared.
• Any breach of these Terms by you or anyone using your account.

This indemnification applies regardless of whether Mint Essentials has been advised of potential risks or errors in the processed files.

4. Data Privacy and Security

4.1 Data Confidentiality

• We use private Vertex AI services, ensuring that data is not indexed, stored, or reused by Google or any third party.
• We do not reuse, store, or access user-generated data beyond what is necessary for providing the service.

4.2 Account Security

• Each account is for individual use only. You must not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Data is encrypted to protect user privacy.

5. Suspension and Termination

5.1 Right to Suspend or Terminate Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have:

• Breached these Terms, including misuse of the services or failure to comply with security requirements.
• Exceeded reasonable or fair usage limits, as determined at our discretion.
• Engaged in activities that disrupt the service or negatively impact other users.
• Violated any applicable laws or regulations.

5.2 Service Maintenance and Upgrades

We may temporarily suspend access to accounts or services in order to upgrade, maintain, or improve our systems. Where possible, we will provide advance notice, but we are not obligated to do so.
